The doctrine
There's no meaning. And if.We must not find it.
The Sugar Coated Cult designs objects for the well-dressed habit. We are on the brink of several things at once, and we would still like to sit together. So: a shop, a few rituals, and the occasional existential crisis, professionally packaged.
What we hold to be approximately true
Six tenets.No hymns.
We don't believe.
This saves a great deal of time.
There's no truth. There's no lie.
There is, however, a returns policy. It is being written.
There are limits to human experience but we don't know it yet.
We are looking into it. Mostly on weekends.
There's only one god for this. And we use it to pay bills.
Checkout is where we worship.
Break the illusion.
Then buy something small to hold while it reassembles.
This is nothing but a cult.
And a shop. If we are honest, mostly a shop.
Operating instructions
How the cultworks?
Four steps. None of them is mandatory. All of them are in capitals, which is how you know we mean it.
Erase your memories.
Optional. Most of them were meetings.
Destroy your career.
Figuratively. The lawyers were firm about this.
Reboot the operation.
Have you tried turning yourself off and on again.
Rebuild perception.
Results vary. So do you.
